      All steel parts of a plastic injection mould machined at Sema Plastic Mould with a fine work. Before beginning assembling of this parts they will be tested by qualified workers to get a accurate mould.

      We renew always the machines to the latest technology that we can give our customers in short time a good quality mould. This is the reason why Sema Plastic Mould is strong with his machine park.

      Additional we have in our machine park 6 pcs. Milling machines NC, 6 pcs. EDM machines, 2 pcs Grinding machines, 1 pcs lathes, 1 pcs Drilling machine, 1 pcs Deep Hole Drillling and all equipments what a mould maker shop needs.

      We have in our factory only for mould try outs 4 plastic injection machines with 100 tons, 300 tons, 600 tons and 1000 tons clamping force.

      We inject all moulds in our or on subcontractor injection machines and make quality controls. Only moulds that plast this tests leave our factory and will delivered to our customer.
