      Sema Plastic Moulding Ltd has in his factory all trained staff, machines, equipments and software  that is today in a modern mould maker shop required.

      We  persecute the new technology changes in our sector and add the needed adaptations and evolutions in our constitution.

      We don’t see the mould production as a rough steel milling. We share with our customers all the experience that we get over the past years for the mould design and  mould manufacturing. The result is here very positive and you can see this on the product and fast mould delivery

      We make investments for equipments and technology for the situation when the human experience for R&D ends and share this with our customers.

      For example:

-    4 pc. plastic injection machines form 150 t. till 1000 t. for only mould trials.

-    Moldflow MPI program for filling, cooling and warpage  analyzing.

-    Technical stuff  that isn’t look only for molding of the part. They analyze also without any change of function and appearance the part how we can get the best result.

-    Importing of mould accessories that are important for long mould life and quality.

If this parts not findable in Turkey so we import them and hold in storage.

      All this kind of investments and customer services are for a fast and  unproblematic  production period. Our  ambition is  that our customer has a long time part production with our moulds.

      Our customer references are the averment of this issue. The dialog to our customer is  different as a buyer – seller relationship. It’s more to a solution relationship between partners.
